Delivery & Return Policy
Goods Arena is primarily a marketplace where buyers discover listings and arrange transactions directly with sellers.
Effective: 5 September 2026
1. Delivery and collection
Unless Goods Arena expressly states otherwise for a specific transaction, Goods Arena does not provide or control delivery for marketplace listings. Buyers and sellers must agree whether an item will be collected, delivered by the seller or sent using a third-party delivery service.
Before paying, confirm the delivery fee, location, timing, who carries the risk in transit and how the item will be inspected.
2. Inspect before completion
Where practical, buyers should inspect goods in person before completing payment. Confirm that the item matches the listing, is in the expected condition and includes any accessories or documents that were agreed.
3. Returns between marketplace users
Because marketplace transactions are generally completed directly between buyers and sellers, return rights and return logistics should be agreed between them before payment, subject to applicable law.
A seller must not materially misrepresent an item. Concerns about fraud, prohibited goods or serious misrepresentation may be reported to Goods Arena for platform review.
4. Third-party couriers
If a buyer or seller chooses an independent courier, that courier's terms, charges, tracking and claims process may also apply. Goods Arena is not responsible for a courier selected independently by marketplace users unless Goods Arena expressly arranged that delivery as part of a specific Goods Arena service.
5. Goods Arena supplied transactions
If Goods Arena is expressly identified as the seller or delivery provider for a specific transaction, any additional delivery, cancellation or return terms shown for that transaction will apply together with this policy and applicable law.
