Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy

This policy explains the difference between marketplace transactions arranged between users and services supplied directly by Goods Arena.

Effective: 5 September 2026

1. Marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers

Goods Arena provides listing, discovery and communication tools. Unless a listing clearly states that Goods Arena is the seller, Goods Arena does not own the listed item and is not the merchant receiving payment for the buyer-seller transaction.

Buyers should inspect goods and confirm condition, ownership, price and collection or delivery arrangements before payment. Any refund relating to a transaction paid directly to a seller is primarily a matter between the buyer and that seller.

2. Complaints and disputes

Where a user reports suspected fraud, material misrepresentation, a prohibited item or another breach of Goods Arena rules, Goods Arena may review the listing, preserve relevant platform records, contact the affected users, restrict accounts or listings, and take other reasonable platform-safety steps.

Goods Arena may facilitate communication, but cannot guarantee recovery of money paid directly to another user.

3. Payments made directly to Goods Arena

If Goods Arena directly charges a customer for a Goods Arena service, the applicable price and service terms should be shown before payment. If a paid Goods Arena service is not supplied as agreed, contact support promptly so the payment can be reviewed and, where appropriate, refunded or otherwise resolved.

4. Pawn transactions

An online pawn request is an initial request only. Goods Arena must physically inspect the item and agree final terms before any pawn transaction is completed. Where a completed pawn transaction is cancelled, redeemed or disputed, the written or accepted pawn terms for that transaction will govern alongside applicable law.

5. How to raise a dispute

Use the Help & Support page and provide your account email, relevant listing or pawn reference, a clear description of the issue, dates, and any supporting evidence. Please do not send passwords, PINs or one-time passcodes.
