By using Goods Arena, you agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully and comply with these terms and any service-specific rules presented to you.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Goods Arena is primarily a marketplace listing and discovery platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Goods Arena is not the seller, buyer or payment recipient in transactions arranged between users.

Users are responsible for inspecting items, checking descriptions and ownership, agreeing price, choosing a safe meeting or delivery arrangement and deciding whether to complete a transaction.

Sellers must have the right to offer listed items and must provide descriptions, images, prices and other information that are accurate and not misleading. Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe or otherwise prohibited goods must not be listed.

Goods Arena may review, reject, suspend, remove or restrict listings and accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or enforcement of platform rules.

Online pawn submissions are requests for assessment, not guaranteed offers or completed loans. The customer must present the item to Goods Arena for physical inspection, ownership checks where applicable, valuation and final agreement.

Funds are provided only after inspection and acceptance of the final pawn terms. Redemption, charges, time periods and other obligations are governed by the terms accepted for that specific pawn transaction.

Where marketplace users pay one another directly, Goods Arena does not control that payment. Buyers and sellers should agree delivery, collection, inspection and return conditions before completing the transaction.

Users must not misuse Goods Arena to defraud, threaten, impersonate, harass, distribute malware, scrape the service unlawfully, manipulate platform systems or violate another person's rights.

Goods Arena works to keep the service available and information useful, but listings are supplied by users and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, users remain responsible for decisions to meet, buy, sell, deliver, collect or otherwise transact with another user.

Goods Arena may update these terms when the service, legal requirements or platform features change. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
